Cooking class dedicated to beef from A to Z. Beef is one of the favorite stables of our menu and it is not surprising. It is full of quality proteins, vitamins and minerals, and in addition, it‘s taste is an unmistakable ingredient from which you can cook really luxurious dishes at home. 
However, when preparing it, you have to pay attention to the perfect technique, and this is a frequent reason why, for example, we do not prepare steaks ourselves very often and we prefer to go straight to the restaurant. But that's a pitty! In our cooking class with Martin Kortus, we will teach you how to work with beef as professionals. You can look forward to a perfectly flavored tartare and during its preparation we will focus on different styles of meat slicing. We will tell you how to prepare the most tender steak from beef belly, the flank steak, and you will see that the preparation of quality matured meat is not as complicated as it might seem. And after a perfectly baked steak, as dessert will be served the juicy burger. Steaks and burgers undoubtedly include delicious homemade sauces and side dishes, which you will also prepare. And of course, Martin will surprise you with few his secret ingredients which will move the dish to another level.

Martin Kortus

Martin is interested the most about gastronomy and everything around it. His passion for food starts in New York.
He has studied the french culinary institut in 1992 in New York. Since then he works as a private chef, gastronomical advisor, cooking class lector and also as a chef in Il Vigneto and Bettola Restaurant. He has also worked in hotel Josef and he has been cooking in Monarcha and "The national bank of wine" couple of years.
