We simply love breakfast meals from our bistros La Bottega, which is why we have prepared for you a special cooking class in the Laboratorio with the author of these menus, head chef of La Bottega di Finestra, Lukáš Pocnar.
After you will finish the course, you will be able to prepare perfect brunches and weekend breakfasts in salty or sweet form, served calmly even in to the bed. Lukáš will share with you his secret gadgets and tips on how to fine-tune your breakfast menu. For lovers of big breakfasts and Eggs Benedict, Lukáš will cook his famous Royal Eggs with salmon and the perfect Hollandaise sauce. But fans of a healthy lifestyle will also enjoy themselves, when it's time for an amazing avocado toast with a quail egg. Of course, there will also be a sweet meal in the form of a banana pancake with fruit and yogurt. These goodies we would would easily whole day from morning to evening, what about you?

Lukáš Pocnar

Lukáš has a lot of experience fe. in restaurants “Rybí Trh”, Les Moules and Renommé, where he participated in the opening of  “Oblaca” where he worked as sous chef. In the Zizkov Tower Restaurant, he gained experience from Andrea Accordi, a Chef who brought the first Michelin star to the Czech Republic. After he came to work to La Bottega di Finestra under the leadership of chef Riccardo Lucque and Radek Hasman. Now he is the chef of the restaurant of the Italian chain of restaurants and bistros LaCollezione, specifically at La Bottega Bistroteka.​
